Returns Policy
Golfsaletime.com will exchange or refund merchandises purchased through our website, within 15 days upon receipt, as long as it's in plastic sealed condition.
If you discover any faulty of our products in 15 days upon receipt, you can contact our customer service for Full Refund. Items should be returned in their original packing. If you discover any faulty of our products after 15 days, you can still contact our customer service for a replacement within one year of purchasing of the item (Replacement postage should be covered by buyers). Please note that it takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process the replacement.
Refunds Policy
Your placement of an order at golfsaletime.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, golfsaletime.com will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. If you just need to return an item, go to our online Return an Item.
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product issue. For items directed to our Returns Center, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
